It was burning. Fire crawled up his skin, in flicking image of his father above him, repeating one phrase. 'You are a failure.'
Touya shuddered.
"...Burning."
He suddenly sat up. His eyes were feverish.
"Nat, some thing's burning."

"Shhhh its alright Touya you were dreaming. Its alright,"she said kissing his cheek as she put a wet cloth over his eyes. "Calm down, nothing is burning, i won't let it. Calm down,"she whispered strocking his forehead carefully.
"Is everything alright mommy?"Franz asked peeking in with Kohaku right behind him. "Yes and for the last time stop calling me that!"Natsumi snapped at him. "Yes mommy,"Franz said as he and Kohaku snickered and left back to their rooms.
"Its alright Touya, shhhh,"Natsumi said calmly.

Touya tried to pull off the wet cloth off his forehead. He dug into his pockets of his pajamas and got out his cellphone. It buzzed. He flip it open.
"Hello," he wheezed. "Ah, yes. Is it burning? Hmm."
He closed he phone and smirked at Nat.
"Something is burning. So HAH."
Nat looked at Touya.
"What is burning?" she asked carefully.
"My apartment."

Natsumi got an irritated look on her face as she use one of her legs and pushed him off the bed. "If you're gonna be smart mouthed with me then you can sleep in the hallway. Jeez men,"she said irritated as she got out of her bed and left the room. "Where are you going Miss Miyuzaki?"Kohaku asked her as Natsumi grabbed a pair of sweatpants and a jacket. "Out,"she said as she walked into the bathroom to change.
-5mintues later-
"But Natsumi why are you going out?"Franz asked her as she put her running shoes on. "I'm going for a run, i'll be back in time for breakfast. Keep an eye on both our guests,"Natsumi told Franz as she grabbed a set of house keys.

Touya shifted over in the bed to the space where Nat normaly was. She wasn't. Worried, he sat up. Franz stood by the doorway.
"On a run, " Franz said.
Touya scowled at him.
"Sure," he said, rolling his eyes.
He glanced at his cellphone.

//FLASHBACK//Touya spent much of his afternoons alone, playing chess. He could stare at a wall for hours. Just to get out of the freakishly lifelike and sometimes, prophetic dreams. It wasn't his fault really."//END//

Touya rifled for his tennis racket and a notebook.
It was 6:30.
He made his way to Hyotei, unlocked the tennis courts and began practicing serving.
"You're getting good," said a voice.
"Thanks. I used to be better, but I had to move a lot, so I kind of gave up," Touya replied.
"So yu and Nat huh?" said the voice.
"What? How..." Touya stammered in surprise.

"Ugh thanks Haruka,"Natsumi muttered after she walked out of a bathroom stall. During her music class she had gotten the sudden need to throw up and one of her fellow team mates offered to take her to the rest room. "You sure you don't need to see the nurse?"Haruka asked folding her arms. "Haru-chan, you're a good goalie, but lighten up, i'm fine,"Natsumi smiled as she washed her face. "Come on, wash up and then i'll buy you a soda to wash away the puke,"Haruka smiled. "Won't a soda just make it worse?"Natsumi asked raising an eyebrow. "Nah i've given it to siblings a dozen times, now hurry up and scrubb your face clean!"Haruka smiled hitting Natsumi's forehead. "Oww, don't do that i don't like getting headaches!"Natsumi yelled hitting her friend back.
